Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Rino Mastrotto Group S.p.A. on its debut issuance of Euros320 million senior secured floating high yield notes and entry into a new Euros50 million revolving credit facility.
The notes have been issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market.
