CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on July 22, 2024:
Joshua Lambert, 36, of St. Albans, was sentenced today to six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $10,616 in restitution for conspiring to steal public money, property or records.
