BLACKSBURG, Virginia, July 22 -- Virginia Tech issued the following news:
Retired U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Dwayne R. Edwards, head of Virginia Tech's Department of Biological Systems Engineering, has been appointed as the interim commandant for the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets.
