WASHINGTON, July 18 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
Enforcement and Removal Operations D.C. removed a 42-year-old Mexican fugitive wanted by authorities in his home country for rape. Deportation officers removed Alejandro Piedras-Padilla from the United States to Mexico July 17.
