SHIPPENSBURG, Pennsylvania, July 18 -- Shippensburg University issued the following news:
The Board of Governors for Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) voted to freeze tuition at System universities, including Shippensburg University, for the seventh consecutive year.
