JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, July 17 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Lt. Gen. Mary K. Izaguirre, U.S. Army Surgeon General and Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Command, hosted a ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston on July 12 to recognize the outgoing commander of the U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, Col. Anthony K. Whitfield, and welcome the new commander, Col. Michelle Lewis.
