OCALA, Florida, July 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the arrest of Jose G. Medina (48, Leesburg) on a criminal complaint charging him with one count of knowingly making a materially false statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, and one count of causing a Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) to maintain false information in its official records. . . .
