WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) announced $784,194 in federal grant funding for 100 Black Men of San Antonio, Inc. to create a job skills reentry program for at-risk youth.

The Second Chance Act Youth Reentry Program Grant, administered by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ), will be used for Project . . .
