MONTEREY, Calif. - The award for top French language student at the most recent Defense Language Institute graduation was an Army civil affairs officer assigned to the 353rd Civil Affairs Command. During the graduation ceremony on June 13, 2024, the civil affairs officer received the Provost Award.
