WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) announced the authorization of two projects: Lake Casa Blanca Dredging Project and the Webb County Colonias Water Infrastructure Project.
