WASHINGTON, July 15 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
AUSTIN Texans should be aware that con artists and criminals may try to obtain money or steal personal information through fraud or identity theft after Hurricane Beryl.
