HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 13 -- The Pennsylvania House Republicans issued the following news:
Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette) issued this statement following House passage of a $47.6 billion state budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year:
"Once again, the governor and House Democrats are ignoring the most basic rule of budgeting...you can't spend more than you bring in. This budget spends $3.3 billion MORE than we anticipate collecting in revenue over the next 12 mont . . .
