WASHINGTON, July 12 -- The Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following news:

Capt. Ryan D. McCrillis relieved Capt. Richard A. Jones as the 49th commander of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) during a change of command ceremony onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, July 12.
