Senators Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Mike Crapo (R-ID) applauded the inclusion of language based on the Fighter Force Preservation and Recapitalization Act in the Senate version of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
