FARGO, North Dakota, July 13 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of North Dakota issued the following news release:
North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley joined a coalition of seven states this week challenging a Biden administration rule that would preempt North Dakota's ban on gender-affirming care.
