HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 13 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Republicans issued the following news release:

Dave Argall (R-29) voted to support the 2024-25 state budget, which cuts $740 million from Governor Shapiro's original proposal and adds nearly $740 million to the state's Rainy Day Fund to protect against future economic downturns, when it was approved by a strongly bipartisan vote of 44-5 by the state Senate.
