Today, Congressman Michael McCaul (R-Texas) voted to fine U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland $10,000 for every day he defies a congressional subpoena to turn over audiotapes from Special Counsel Robert Hur's investigation into President Biden's handling of classified documents.
