WASHINGTON, July 8 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (H.R. 8281), which was introduced by Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, R-Texas, and 104 cosponsors:
