Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), joined by Sens. Steve Daines (R-Mont.), Rick Scott (R-Fla.), and Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), introduced the No Tax on Tips Actto exempt tips from being subject to taxation under the federal income tax. Rep.
