WASHINGTON, July 10 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued the following news release:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to designate critical habitat for the endangered Barrens topminnow, a small, colorful fish native to the Cumberland Plateau in middle Tennessee.
