DES MOINES, Iowa, July 10 -- The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines issued the following news release:
On July 1, 2024 new federal rules went into effect that raise the amount of money an employee must earn to be exempt from being paid overtime, with an additional increase scheduled for January 2025.
