Congresswoman Norma Torres (CA-35) - released a statement following the release of information from the Ninth Circuit on investigating U.S. District Judge Joshua M. Kindred of the District of Alaska on judicial and sexual misconduct abuse towards clerks.
"No American should suffer sexual misconduct, abuse, or harassment while on the job, yet it continues even in the halls . . .
