Rep. Sessions Introduces Blind Americans Return to Work Act

WASHINGTON, July 5 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Congressman Pete Sessions (TX-17), with Congressman Mfume (MD-07) co-leading, introduced the Blind Americans Return to Work Act. This bipartisan legislation fixes the SGA earnings cliff, allowing blind Americans to professionally develop without complete loss of aid. The act will incentivize Americans to participate in the workforce.
