HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 9 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release on July 8, 2024:
Today, Gov. Josh Shapiro signed H.B. 816 (now Act 43) into law, requiring tow truck operators in Philadelphia to take photographic evidence of the violation for which they are towing or removing a vehicle.
