ATLANTA, Georgia, July 9 -- The Georgia House issued the following news release:
State Representative Matt Hatchett (R-Dublin), chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations, was named by Speaker Jon Burns (R-Newington) as the chairman of the House Special Subcommittee of Appropriations on State Prisons.
