MCALLEN, Texas, July 3 -- The U.S. Justice Department Drug Enforcement Administration Houston Division issued the following news release on July 1, 2024:
Two Starr County residents, one a former justice of the peace (JP), are now headed to federal prison for their roles in a drug-trafficking organization, announced Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent in Charge of the Houston Division Daniel C. Comeaux, and U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
