PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, July 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release on July 2, 2024:
A resident of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, was sentenced in federal court on July 1, 2024, to 13 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, on his conviction of distributing fentanyl resulting in death, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.
