WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Senators Gary Peters and Debbie Stabenow applauded a $21,252,532 federal investment from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to make upgrades to a port operated by KK Integrated Logistics in the City of Menominee. Funding for this project will be used to reconstruct a dock wall along the Menominee Harbor and install rail infrastructure needed to transport freight from the harbor to its cus . . .
