FORT BRAGG, North Carolina, July 1 -- The U.S. Army Reserve Command issued the following news:

FORT MOORE, Ga. -

Going to U.S. Army Basic Combat Training at 41 years of age is uncommon. In fact, it requires a waiver. That did not deter Jason Pelletier. However, that wasn't the only waiver he needed.

Pelletier enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 2000, when he was 18 years old. His enlistment ended only after two years due to a number of disci . . .
