The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that James Williams, III, aka "Dilly," age 45, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was sentenced on June 26, 2024, to 147 months in prison by U.S. District Court Judge Robert D.
