ATLANTA, Georgia, June 29 -- NetChoice, a coalition of trade associations that says it makes the internet safe for free enterprise and expression, issued the following news release on June 28, 2024:
Today, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia will hear NetChoice's request to halt Act 564 while our lawsuit, NetChoice v. Carr, moves through the legal system.
