Texas families celebrating the Fourth of July will find slightly lower food prices than last year, according to the American Farm Bureau Federation's (AFBF) marketbasket survey.
In Texas, the cost of a summer cookout for 10 people is $63.17, which is down from $63.60 last year. The national average cost is significantly higher at $71.22.
