Today, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) announced that the New Haven Jewish Community Housing Corporation was awarded a $20 million grant under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) for the Towers at Tower Lane.
