WASHINGTON, June 28 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation issued the following news release:
BILLINGS, Mont. - Possessing, discharging, and using fireworks are strictly prohibited on all Bureau of Reclamation lands and water bodies.
