ANCHORAGE, Alaska, June 26 -- The Pacific Legal Foundation issued the following news release on June 24, 2024:
Today, Iliamna Natives Limited and Alaska Peninsula Corporation -- which represent small native communities in Southwest Alaska -- filed a lawsuit against the EPA for exceeding its authority in vetoing a mining development.
