The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties announced that it is taking immediate action to address the NOAA National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center's warning of "above-normal hurricane activity" in the Atlantic basin this year. NOAA is predicting this year's season has an 85% chance of storms above normal levels.
