NORFOLK, Virginia, June 22 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release:
A multi-agency fugitive investigation spanning several states and lasting more than 10 months came to an end this Tuesday morning. Hampton Roads rapper Tashawnda "23 Brazy" Nicole Drayton was arrested in an apartment complex in Boykins, Virginia.
