DURANGO, Colorado, June 21 -- The Conservation Lands Foundation issued the following news release:
Earlier this week, litigation was filed attempting to undermine the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Public Lands Rule. The states of Utah and Wyoming filed litigation in federal district court in Utah attempting to send the BLM's new rule putting conservation on equal footing with extractive uses like oil and grass drilling and mining back to the drawing board.
