OAKLAND, California, June 21 -- The Center for Environmental Health issued the following news release on June 20, 2024:
Today, the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) filed suit against AOC, LLC for failing to report imports of toxic chemicals to the Environmental Protection Agency, a violation of the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act or TSCA.
