National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Announces $7.4 Million in Third Round of Grants Made through the Southern Plains Grassland Program

WASHINGTON, June 20 [Category: Environment] -- The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation issued the following news release:

The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) today announced $7.4 million in grants to improve grassland health, support biodiversity and increase resilience in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. The 15 grants awarded will generate more than $9.7 million in matching contributions for a total conservation impact of $17.1 million.
