This week, U.S. Senators Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.), and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and U.S. Representative Pramila Jayapa (D-Wash.) re-introduced the National Domestic Workers Bill of Rights. The groundbreaking legislation will finally extend common workplace rights and protections to the 2.2 million domestic workers in the United States, who are currently excluded from the Fair Labor Standards . . .
