SANTA FE, New Mexico, June 14 -- Santa Fe County issued the following news:

On June 11, 2024, the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2024-078 (https://www.santafecountynm.gov/uploads/documents/Resolution_2024-078_Fireworks_Ban.pdf), declaring extreme or severe drought conditions and banning the sale and use of certain fireworks in the unincorporated and wildland areas in Santa Fe County.
