Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) joined Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS) and 32 Senate colleagues in introducing a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution of disapproval to protect Title IX and save women's sports. The resolution, if passed, would overturn the Biden Department of Education's final rule that requires schools to allow biological men who identify as "female" to use . . .
