WASHINGTON, June 13 -- Rep. Adam B. Schiff, D-California, issued the following news release on June 12, 2024:

Today, Representatives Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Ted W. Lieu (D-Calif.), along with Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) sent a letter to the U.S. Copyright Office expressing concerns over Spotify's new bundle plans and whether they are in accordance with the Music Modernization Act, a law passed by Congress to protect publishers and songwriters.
