MCALLEN, Texas, June 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 68-year-old resident of Guadalajara, Mexico, has been sentenced for attempting to smuggle multiple firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition on a vehicle roof rack, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
