JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, June 11 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Joint Base San Antonio has moved into Stage 4 water restrictions.
