JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, June 10 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
Families, friends, and coworkers said farewell and good luck to Chief Master Sgt. Justin Apticar, 19th Air Force command chief, during his retirement ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, on June 7, 2024.
Brig. Gen. Ryan Messer, director of plans at Headquarters Air Force in presided over the ceremony.
