ADA, Oklahoma, June 8 -- The Chickasaw Nation, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news release:
Chickasaw Nation Election Secretary Rita Loder announced candidates seeking five legislative seats and one judicial seat within the Chickasaw Nation.
Pontotoc District Seat 1 incumbent legislator Toby Perkins, Ada, will retain his seat as no challengers filed for the position.
