WASHINGTON, June 7 -- Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, issued the following news release:
Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) sent a letter to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) urging the agency to address our country's affordable housing crisis by reforming the broken Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) System. In particular, she urged the FHFA to move forward with two proposed rulemakings on the FHLBs' mission and membership.
