HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, June 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 3, 2024:
Javonte Dejuan Perry, also known as "Dre," 33, of Huntington, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on March 30, 2023, Perry sold a quantity of fentanyl to a confidential informant in Huntington.
